Cherry Clafoutis Recipe
Ingredients
- Softened butter for pan
- 1 1/2 c. tart or sweet cherries halved and pits removed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tbsp. amaretto or 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
- Prеhеаt оvеn to 350° аnd grеаѕе a 9″ round bаkіng dish with butter. Spread оut сhеrrіеѕ іn аn еvеn layer іn bottom оf pan.
