Step 1: Cut each rope into 4 to 5 small pieces. Twist each section three or four times, then press the ends together until they stick.

Step 2: Place the twisted candies in a popsicle mold and repeat this process about 4 times until the entire mold is filled with candy. Then, fill each mold with Sprite and vodka.
