Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups of your favorite milk
  • 1 tablespoon of espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Cocoa powder for dusting on top

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the oats, milk, espresso powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and let it soak and thicken in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours if you can’t wait that long.
  • The next morning, layer the oats with vanilla yogurt and dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of maple syrup according to your desired level of sweetness.
