Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups of your favorite milk
- 1 tablespoon of espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Vanilla yogurt
- Cocoa powder for dusting on top
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, milk, espresso powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and let it soak and thicken in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours if you can’t wait that long.
- The next morning, layer the oats with vanilla yogurt and dust the top with cocoa powder.
