Ingredients

Scale

**Sugar Cookie Syrup:**

  • 4 ounces white chocolate (a little over 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

**Other:**

  • Espresso shots
  • Ice (optional for cold drinks)
  • Almond milk or oat milk
  • Green and red sprinkles

Instructions

**Making the Sugar Cookie Syrup:**

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and half and half. Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir well. If the chocolate isn’t fully melted, microwave again at 50% power for 15 seconds. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk, almond extract, and vanilla extract to the melted mixture. Stir until smooth and creamy.

**Making the Drink:**

  1. Prepare your espresso shots. If you don’t have an espresso machine, any coffee you enjoy will work fine.
  2. If you prefer your drink hot, leave it as is. For a cold version, add ice.
  3. To make a shaken espresso, shake it with ice. To turn it into a latte, add almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk.
  4. Add the sugar cookie syrup to your taste preference. Give it a good mix, and voila! Enjoy your homemade Sugar Cookie Latte!
