Description

This Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark is a no-bake, sweet-and-salty treat loaded with chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy pretzels — perfect for gifting or snack attacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • 8 oz pretzels (about half of a 16 oz bag)
  • 11 oz bag Kraft caramels, unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Heat the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Pour about two-thirds of the melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.
  4. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer over the chocolate, pressing them down lightly so they adhere.
  5. Combine the unwrapped caramels with the heavy cream; microwave in short intervals, stirring, until the caramel becomes pourable and silky (about 2 minutes total). Drizzle the caramel over the pretzels evenly.
  6. Finish by drizzling the remaining melted chocolate across the top in a decorative pattern.
  7. Chill the sheet in the refrigerator until the bark sets completely and feels firm to the touch. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Optional quick tip: If the caramel seems too thick, add a splash more cream and warm a few seconds until it reaches the right consistency.
