Pizza Hawaiian Rolls
Ingredients
- Hawaiian Rolls
**Filling:**
- Shredded mozzarella
- Pepperoni
**Garlic Butter:**
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
**Other:**
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
**Make the Garlic Butter:**
- Combine melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
**Assemble the Rolls:**
- Make two cuts just two-thirds of the way down each roll.
- Place the cut rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Add two pieces of pepperoni and a bit of mozzarella to each cut.
- Brush the bottom of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture, and then brush the top of the rolls.
**Bake:**
- Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Optionally, brush them with garlic butter again when they come out of the oven.
- **Enjoy warm with marinara sauce for dipping!**
