Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cake Recipe – If you like shoveling mounds of cookie dough into your face, you're going to love this cake. This mashup cake squeezes layers of peanut butter cookie dough in between layers of chocolate cake and it's as amazing as it sounds.
Ingredients
FOR THE CAKE
- 1 box Devil’s Food Cake mix
FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH
- 1 c. all-purpose flour*
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 tbsp. whole milk
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
FOR THE GANACHE
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/3 c. peanut butter melted
- 1 c. roughly chopped Reese’s
Instructions
