Description

If you’re craving a dessert that brings together everything you love about peanuts, caramel, chocolate, and creamy filling, this no-bake Snickers pie is about to become your new obsession. It’s ultra-smooth, packed with candy bar flavor, and honestly feels like a giant slice of nostalgia.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) block of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars + extra pieces for decorating

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust:
    • Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl. Stir until every crumb has absorbed the butter and the mixture resembles damp sand.
  2. Form the base:
    • Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish. Press it firmly across the bottom and up the sides—your fingertips work great for this, but the flat bottom of a measuring cup makes the job easier and cleaner.
  3. Bake the crust (optional):
    • Place the crust in a 350°F oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool completely.
    • If you would rather skip the baking step, a store-bought crust works perfectly too.
  4. Make the filling:
    • In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and no streaks remain.
  5. Add the pudding mix:
    • Sprinkle in the cheesecake pudding powder and mix again to incorporate.
  6. Pour in the cream:
    • With the mixer running on low, slowly stream in the heavy whipping cream. As it blends, the filling will become light and velvety.
  7. Fold in whipped topping:
    • Add half of the whipped topping (about 4 oz) to the bowl and gently fold it into the filling using a spatula.
  8. Add the candy:
    • Stir in one cup of chopped Snickers pieces, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
  9. Assemble the pie:
    • Spoon the filling into the cooled graham crust. Smooth the surface with an offset spatula. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and chill it for at least two hours so it can set properly.
  10. Finish with toppings:
    • Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap. Dollop or pipe the remaining whipped topping over the pie and scatter additional chopped Snickers on top for decoration.

Notes

  • Want this dessert to be completely no bake? Swap the homemade crust for a premade graham cracker shell—no oven needed.
  • For quick and even candy pieces, pulse your Snickers bars in a food processor. It saves time and prevents the caramel from sticking to your knife.
