Ingredients

  • 1 can of Crescent dough
  • 3 slices of American cheese
  • 12 hot dogs
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Dijon mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles and pinch the seams together. Slice each rectangle into thin strips.
  2. Cut each slice of American cheese into 4 strips.
  3. Place a hot dog on a strip of cheese, then wrap with crescent dough to create a bandage effect. You’ll need about 4 strips of dough per hot dog. Repeat for all hot dogs.
  4. Arrange the wrapped hot dogs on the baking sheet and brush them with melted butter.
  5. Bake until the dough turns golden and cooks through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Once baked, use a toothpick to dot mustard onto each hot dog to create eyes. Enjoy your spooky snack!
