Description
These warm, cheesy seafood biscuit pockets are the definition of an easy, crave-worthy snack—crispy on the outside, creamy and savory on the inside.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tube flaky refrigerated biscuits (about 8 pieces)
- ¾ cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
- ¾ cup lump crab meat, gently picked over
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon melted butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet. Lightly press each biscuit into a slightly larger round and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, seasoning, and parsley until the mixture is creamy and evenly combined.
- Divide the seafood mixture evenly among half of the flattened biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits on top and firmly crimp the edges all the way around to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, then transfer the tray to the oven. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
- Allow the melts to cool for a couple of minutes before serving so the filling can set. Enjoy them warm, whole or sliced in half.
