Description

These warm, cheesy seafood biscuit pockets are the definition of an easy, crave-worthy snack—crispy on the outside, creamy and savory on the inside.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube flaky refrigerated biscuits (about 8 pieces)
  • ¾ cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup lump crab meat, gently picked over
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet. Lightly press each biscuit into a slightly larger round and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, seasoning, and parsley until the mixture is creamy and evenly combined.
  3. Divide the seafood mixture evenly among half of the flattened biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits on top and firmly crimp the edges all the way around to seal.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter, then transfer the tray to the oven. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
  5. Allow the melts to cool for a couple of minutes before serving so the filling can set. Enjoy them warm, whole or sliced in half.
