- 1 lb lump crab meat, picked clean
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the softened butter in a large bowl and stir until creamy and smooth.
- Add the lobster, crab, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold everything together until evenly blended, keeping the seafood pieces intact.
- Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape it into a tight log.
- Twist the ends to seal, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once firm, cut into slices and serve as desired.
