- ½ cup softened cream cheese
- ¼ cup minced garlic
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Add the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley to a mixing bowl. Stir until everything blends into a creamy mixture.
- Taste the filling and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go so the filling stays put.
- Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place each wrap seam-side down and cook until the outside becomes crisp and golden, roughly 3–4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan, slice if you like, and enjoy while warm and melty.
