  • 4 everything bagels, chopped into chunks
  • ½ cup herb & garlic cream cheese
  • ½ cup light cream (18%)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced and drained
  • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup finely shredded mozzarella


Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Scatter the bagel pieces evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the cream cheese and cream together, whisking until smooth and creamy.
