- ½ cup herb & garlic cream cheese
- ½ cup light cream (18%)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced and drained
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup finely shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Scatter the bagel pieces evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the cream cheese and cream together, whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Stir the shredded chicken into the sauce until fully coated, then remove from heat.
