**French Toast Matcha:**

  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon (adjust to taste)
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons of matcha powder
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup of warm water

**Cold Foam:**

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla syrup
  • 1/3 cup of low-fat 2% milk


Instructions

**Making the Cold Foam:**

  1. In a bowl, jar, or measuring cup, combine the heavy cream, vanilla syrup, and low-fat milk.
  2. Whisk the mixture until it thickens. Using an electric whisk speeds up the process.

**Making the French Toast Matcha:**

  1. In a small bowl, mix the matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of warm water until smooth. Add the remaining water and whisk until fully blended. Chill in the fridge for a few minutes.
  2. For the French toast-flavored milk, whisk together the whole milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Fill a cup with ice, then pour in the French toast milk, followed by the matcha mixture. Finish with a dollop of cold foam on top.
