			- 3 bagels (halved)
 - 6 eggs
 - 6 beef bacon strips (halved)
 - Shredded cheddar cheese
 - Salt (to your liking)
 - Black pepper (as desired)

**Garlic Butter:**
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
 - In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Set it aside.
 - Halve each bagel and cut out a larger hole in the middle of each one.
 - Brush the bottom of each bagel half with the garlic butter.
 - Sprinkle cheddar cheese underneath and/or on top of the bagels.
 - Place beef bacon to cover the bottom of each well completely.
 - Crack an egg on top of each hole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
 - Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Larger eggs may take a bit longer; they’re ready when the egg whites are set and don’t jiggle when you shake the tray.
