Easy Ice Cream Stuffed Cupcakes Recipe – These Ice Cream Stuffed Cupcakes are made with moist chocolate cupcakes stuffed with ice cream and topped with whipped cream, chocolate and sprinkles! Such a great summer treat with so many flavor possibilities!

- 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients called for on box)
- 1 1/2 qt. ice cream ((such as Breyers 2-in-1 Snickers and M&Ms))
- 2 c. whipped topping
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips (melted)
- 1/2 c. Mini M&Ms
Instructions
