Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup butter (equivalent to 150 grams)
  • 4.2 ounces dark chocolate (about 120 grams)
  • 3/4 cup sugar (150 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour (60 grams)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40 grams)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (50 grams)

FOR THE COATING:

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (200 grams)
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds (40 grams)


Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until it’s a smooth blend.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Introduce the flour and cocoa, stirring until well-mixed.
  5. Toss in the chocolate chips and give it a good stir.
  6. Bake the batter in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°F. After baking, let it cool before slicing into squares.
  7. Take each square and dip it into a combination of melted milk chocolate and crushed almonds. Allow them to cool, and you’re ready to enjoy these heavenly bites!
