- Orange slices (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for rimming champagne flutes)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 bottle champagne (prosecco, or cava)
Instructions
- Take an orange slice and use it to rim the edges of champagne flutes. Then, dip the rims in sugar and set them aside.
- In a tall glass, mix together the orange juice and heavy cream until they’re well combined. Pour this mixture into the prepared champagne flutes.
- Finally, top off each flute with champagne and garnish with an orange wedge.
