Chocolate Blueberry Bark

- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 pint blueberries (washed and dried)
- Flaky salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave the mixture in 2, 30-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. If you prefer, you can melt the chocolate on the stove using the double boiler method.
- Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and coat them evenly.
- Spread the chocolate-coated blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over the top.
- Freeze the blueberries for at least one hour until they’re firm.
- Once frozen, break the blueberries into smaller pieces.
- Store the pieces in a covered container in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them!
