Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
For the Garlic Butter:
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
For the Chipotle Sauce:
- 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of adobo paste
For Assembly:
- 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls 12 rolls
- 10 ounces of beef bacon
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 8 to 10 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 avocados thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix together melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano for the garlic butter. Set aside.
- For the chipotle sauce, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, honey, black pepper, chili powder, and adobo chipotle paste. Set aside once smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook eggs low and slow in butter until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry bacon until crispy, adding brown sugar for extra flavor if desired.
- Split rolls and brush with garlic butter. Bake until toasted.
- Assemble sliders with chipotle sauce, avocado, eggs, and bacon.
- Slice and enjoy your delicious breakfast sliders!
