  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 12 1x

Ingredients

Scale

**Big Mac Sauce:**

  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 4 tablespoons of drained pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of white pepper

**For Assembly:**

  • 12 mini flour tortillas
  • 1 pound of 80/20 ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (split in half)
  • 12 slices of American Cheese
  • 1 diced white onion
  • Dill pickle chips
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

**Making the Big Mac Sauce:**

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Set it aside.

**Preparing the Tacos:**

  1. Spread about ¼ cup of ground beef onto each tortilla, covering the surface. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

**Cooking the Tacos:**

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of vegetable oil. Cook the tacos meat-side down for 2-3 minutes until they’re nicely browned. Flip them, add a slice of American cheese, and let it melt for another 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.

**Assembling the Big Mac Tacos:**

  1. Top each taco with lettuce, onion, pickles, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
  2. Enjoy them while they’re warm!

Notes

Cut the American cheese slices into smaller squares so they don’t cover the patty completely – it makes for a tastier taco experience! Feel free to get creative with your toppings.
