If you’re craving a layered, creamy dessert that looks impressive but takes almost no effort, this spumoni fluff pie delivers big time. It’s colorful, nostalgic, and hands-down one of the best no bake pie recipe options when you need something easy yet crowd-pleasing. Think chocolate, cherry, and pistachio stacked into one dreamy slice — basically the best lush spumoni pie you can make without turning on the oven.

This chilled dessert captures everything people love about classic spumoni, but transforms it into a soft, fluffy pie that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or just because you deserve something sweet. It’s rich like a chocoate cherry pie, creamy like a mousse, and simple enough to qualify as your new best no bake dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ready-made Oreo cookie crusts
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 (8 oz) containers whipped topping, thawed
  • Maraschino cherries and chocolate drizzle or curls (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Base
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding powder with the cocoa powder. Pour in 2 cups of cold milk and whisk until the mixture thickens, following the package timing.
    • Gently fold in half of one container of whipped topping until smooth and airy.
    • Split the chocolate mixture evenly between both Oreo crusts and spread it into an even layer across the bottom.
  2. Add the Cherry Layer
    • Transfer the cherry pie filling into a separate bowl. Fold in half of another tub of whipped topping until well blended.
    • Divide this mixture evenly and spoon it over the chocolate layer in each crust, smoothing it out carefully.
  3. Make the Pistachio Layer
    • In a clean bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and the remaining 2 cups of milk until thickened.
    • Fold in half of the remaining whipped topping until fully incorporated.
    • Spread this pistachio mixture over the cherry layer in both pies, creating the final flavored tier.
  4. Chill to Set
    • Cover both pies and place them in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. This resting time allows the layers to firm up and makes slicing much easier.
  5. Finish and Decorate
    • Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over each pie. Garnish with maraschino cherries and drizzle melted chocolate coating across the top, or add chocolate curls for a polished look.
