Preheat your air fryer or oven to 450°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the Bang Bang Sauce until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar. Let it marinate for 30 minutes if you have time.
Thread the chicken onto skewers, about 6 to 7 pieces per skewer. If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes first to prevent burning.
Air fry the skewers for 13 to 15 minutes at 450°F until they’re fully cooked and nicely charred.
Drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with green onions for extra flavor. Enjoy your delicious meal!
