They&#8217;re a chocolaty twist on the classic Italian Cream Buns (&#8220;Maritozzi&#8221;) and require only four ingredients!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--WPRM Recipe 33199-->\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n\t<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Easy Chocolate Cream Buns (Maritozzi)<\/h2>\n\t\t<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>12 King&#8217;s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (1 pack or any other brioche rolls\/sliders)<\/li><\/ul><h4> For the Chocolate Cream:<\/h4><ul><li>150 g of chopped chocolate (Cadbury Dairy Milk preferred)<\/li><li>1\/2 cup of heavy cream (120g)<\/li><li>2\/3 cup of chilled heavy cream (160g)<\/li><\/ul><h4> For the Chocolate Glaze:<\/h4><ul><li>150 g of chocolate<\/li><li>75 g of butter<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<h4>For the Chocolate Cream:<\/h4><ol><li>Bring the 1\/2 cup of heavy cream to a boil and remove it from the heat as soon as it starts to simmer.<\/li><li>Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a bowl, cover it, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, gently stir until it forms a smooth, shiny ganache. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.<\/li><li>In another bowl, whisk the chilled heavy cream until it reaches stiff peaks, being careful not to overmix.<\/li><li>Gradually add the whipped cream to the ganache in 2-3 additions, gently folding between each addition. Be gentle to keep the air in.
