They&#8217;re just perfect for a cozy fall morning spent binge-watching episodes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--WPRM Recipe 31894-->\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n\t<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Pumpkin Pancakes<\/h2>\n\t\t<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<h4>**For the Pumpkin Pancakes:**<\/h4><ul><li>1 cup of all-purpose flour<\/li><li>1 1\/2 teaspoons of baking powder<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon of baking soda<\/li><li>1\/4 teaspoon of salt<\/li><li>1 large egg<\/li><li>2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter<\/li><li>2 tablespoons of brown sugar<\/li><li>1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<\/li><li>3\/4 cup of buttermilk<\/li><li>1\/2 cup of pumpkin puree<\/li><li>1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice<\/li><\/ul><h4>**For the Cinnamon Butter:**<\/h4><ul><li>1 stick of room temperature unsalted butter<\/li><li>1 teaspoon of cinnamon<\/li><li>A pinch of salt<\/li><li>2 tablespoons of honey<\/li><li>2 tablespoons of powdered sugar<\/li><\/ul><h4>**Other Ingredients:**<\/h4><ul><li>Butter for cooking pancakes<\/li><li>Maple syrup<\/li><li>Powdered sugar<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<h4>**To Prepare the Cinnamon Butter:**<\/h4><ol><li>Mix together the room temperature unsalted butter, cinnamon, salt, honey, and powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.<\/li><\/ol><h4>**To Make the Pumpkin Pancakes:**<\/h4><ol><li>In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<\/li><li>Add in the egg, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, buttermilk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.<\/li><li>Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, reduce the heat slightly.<\/li><li>Spray the pan with oil or coat it with butter. Pour about 1\/3 cup of batter onto the pan.<\/li><li>Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side until bubbles start to form on the top.
