Mimosas are the ultimate brunch cocktail, but when the weather turns chilly and you crave those cozy autumn flavors, a bright, citrusy drink might not hit the spot on a gray November morning. That’s where the apple cider mimosa comes in \u2013 it’s the perfect fall twist on the classic, giving you one more reason to celebrate the season. Serve them up at your holiday gatherings or fall brunches to really embrace that cozy vibe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s in an apple cider mimosa?
You only need two ingredients for this fall cocktail: apple cider and Prosecco or Champagne. You can make your own apple cider or buy it from the store, just be sure to let it cool if you’re making it homemade!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend a cinnamon and sugar rim for extra flavor, but you can skip it if you prefer (though we think it’s worth it!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose your favorite Champagne or Prosecco for this drink. No need to splurge, but since Champagne is one of the key ingredients, pick one that you enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
