Never underestimate the power of alcohol-free cocktails! This blood orange and ginger spritzer brings together the perfect blend of sweet, sour, and spice, making it a delightful winter drink you can enjoy all season long.
To create those beautifully thin ginger garnishes, we recommend using a mandoline. Simply select a nicely shaped piece of ginger, lay it flat on your mandoline, and slice carefully. No mandoline? No problem! A sharp knife will do, although your slices might be a tad thicker. And if slicing fresh ginger seems too tricky, you can always use candied ginger on a cocktail pick instead.
If your blood oranges are especially tart, you might not even need the lemon juice. Before mixing up your mocktail, give your blood orange juice a taste. If it’s tangier than regular orange juice, you can skip the lemon juice altogether or just add a few drops if needed.
