Ingredients

  • 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups of your favorite milk
  • 1 tablespoon of espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Cocoa powder for dusting on top


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the oats, milk, espresso powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and let it soak and thicken in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours if you can’t wait that long.
  3. The next morning, layer the oats with vanilla yogurt and dust the top with cocoa powder.
