Ingredients
**Strawberry Syrup:**
- 10 ounces frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
**Strawberry Cold Foam:**
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 3 tablespoons strawberry syrup
**For the Drink:**
- 2 to 3 shots of espresso
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon white mocha or chocolate sauce
- Milk of your choice
- Strawberry cold foam
- Freeze-dried strawberries crushed into powder
Instructions
**Making the Strawberry Syrup:**
- In a pot over medium heat, combine the frozen strawberries, sugar, water, and cornstarch.
- Cook the strawberries for about 6 to 7 minutes until they soften. Mash them with a spoon as they cook.
- Let them simmer for another 5 to 6 minutes.
- Strain the syrup from the pulp into a bowl, and set it aside. You can discard the pulp.
**Making the Cold Foam:**
- In a bowl, jar, or measuring cup, mix the heavy cream, 2% milk, vanilla, and strawberry syrup.
- Use an electric whisk to whip the mixture until it thickens and turns pink.
**Putting Together the Drink:**
- In a cup, add white mocha sauce, chocolate sauce, or any sweetener you like.
- Pour in the shots of espresso and mix.
- Add milk and ice as per your taste.
- Top it off with the strawberry cold foam.
- Sprinkle some freeze-dried strawberry powder on top.
