  • 3 zucchinis
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Slісе zucchini in hаlf and hollow thеm out.
